Over the past few years, the areas surrounding the Kovan MRT Station have seen many new residential development such as The Tembusu, Trilive @ Kovan, Charlton 18, Charlton 27 and One Surin. Besides residential development, mixed development projects such as Stars of Kovan and The Promenade @ Pelikat are making their way to Kovan.

On a government level, an ambitious heritage corridor project is set to transform the Upper Serangoon Road to a very hip new residential and commercial estate rich in culture. Kovan will come alive at night with food haven with a wide selection of eateries which offer local and western cuisine. Kovan will be transformed into a very hip new residential estate with first class condominiums.

VISITORS to Dairy Farm Nature Park will now be able to enjoy a new eco trail. The 5km route, launched earlier this year, is one of 10 new North West Eco Trails being developed by the North West Community Development Council and Singapore Environment Council (SEC).

Dairy Farm Nature Park is one of the many nature parks near Hillion Residences.

The eco trail at Dairy Farm Nature Park will lead visitors to the former Singapore Quarry which has been transformed into a wetland habitat. Nature enthusiasts will be able to look out for different species of dragonflies, many of which are rare.

Nature is truly at the doorstep of Hillion Residences.

Tengah in a nutshell,

Rare Marina Bay land may fetch $1.8 billion

The first sale of land in Singapore’s Marina Bay in nine years is set to fetch a bumper price as developers compete for a piece of the sought-after financial district. Here are some highlights:

  • The highly sought-after land next to Asia Square may fetch $1.8 billion. Works out to be $1200 psf ppr
  • As a reference, Asia Square land was sold in 2007 at $2.02 billion or $1409 psf ppr

Come 2019, 2020 and 2021 there will be zero office supply, and there has never been such a thing in Singapore’s history where there are three years of zero supply. That’s why the government has started this sale.
