When I was in US during my International Assignment in the late 90s, I took great interest on a bridge across Highway 78, a highway between Allentown PA and New York City. That was not the usual traffic bridge but a bridge for the animals, so that the animals can cross the highway safely. There are many tree-hugging environmentalist in the US.
Today, we have a similar bridge here in Singapore. As the country progress economically, the animal voices grow louder! The government build this multi-million dollar ECO Link with the animals in mind. Besides, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Diary Farm Nature, the residents of Hillion Residences also get to enjoy this, one and only, ECO Link in the country.

The e-application for Treasure Crest EC is to be by the end of June 2016. The project is expected to sell well for 3 reasons. Firstly, the location at Anchorvale Crescent is excellent with plenty of amenities and facilities within 1.5km of Treasure Crest. In terms of pricing, do expect that Treasure Crest will be the cheapest EC in town. Also, Sim Lian is reputed for its simple and functional condo designs. Many buyers do recognize Sim Lian’s strength and are coming back to Sim Lian’s projects.
I was invited to Propnex property seminar by my cobroke buddy over the weekend. One of the useful chart which I’ve picked up from the seminar, courtesy of Mr Ismail Gafoor, is this psf range chart for new launches. The chart gives us a guide on the psf range for new launches from BTO, DBSS, EC to condos in OCR, RCR and CCR. I find the chart very useful to give an overall view of what the property prices are in all the categories.
